Return Policy | International Orders
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
- If customer
has a defective item, they can contact Ferra Doyle Group customer
service for a full refund or replacement of that item at no charge.
- Items can
be returned with no restocking charge. Customer is responsible
for appropriate freight charges for those returned items.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
- Ferra Doyle
Group uses Federal Express exclusively for international shipments,
and Federal Express International Broker Select as its customs
broker.
- Federal
Express maintains our "Power of Attorney" on file for
all International transactions. In addition to transportation
costs, these transactions may include:
- Duties
and Customs assessments
- Government
penalties and fines
- Taxes
- Legal
costs and attorney fees
- Orders
for international shipment are process in the same manner as
domestic orders with the following additional services required:
- We
will create International Invoices when shipping overseas (see
form attached in Section 11)
- The
International Invoice also contains the "Certificate of
Origin" statement as required by international tariff agreements.
- Completion
of the International Air Waybill including Harmonized Codes (if
required).
- We will create International
Invoices when shipping overseas There will be a charge of $ 20.00
per shipment to create required documents associated with international
shipments. In addition, there maybe additional customs charges
incurred.
- The Employee should disregard
the shipping costs that show on the order. Ferra Doyle Group
will email the employee an estimated International Shipping Rate
and we will not proceed with an employee order without an approved
reply.
- All shipping costs associated
with international shipments will be prepaid by Ferra Doyle Group
and billed to the employees on their individual payment method.
Ferra Doyle Group will need a complete ship to address.
- Ferra Doyle Group and customer's
using our International Shipping services, comply with all the
Conditions of Contract as stated on the Federal Express Air Waybill.
- In order to begin processing
orders, Ferra Doyle Group requires a Purchase Order Number or
Credit Card Number.
- Employees to keep in mind orders
are being processed from the United States and take approximately
three to five working days to arrive overseas. Delays can occur
if order is held up in Customs.
- Employees need to take in consideration
all of the above when placing RUSH orders.
